Einstein Bros in Phoenix

Service was terrible. Not very polite and they did not put the plastic cutlery or napkins in the baker’s dozen like the Ahwatukee store does. I would say there needs to be some improvements!

Warm bagels with jalapeno salad smear, it's just unbelievable.

I'm addicted to the everything bagel with jalapeno smear. Occasionally I'll get a breakfast sandwich as well

Good bagels, but awful service. Ordered for a curbside pickup called the number 3 times on the curbside pickup sign and got no answer. Had to eventually go inside to pickup my order.

Great place, once got my order wrong but the manager reached out here and made things right. The Chorizo sunrise bagel is great, and of course you already know their bagels are great!

Never been here but will definitely return. Nothing like any other bagel shop I've been to.

I come to this location from time to time. I always order pepperjack and chorizo, no egg, two chorizo patties. The girl working today said "let me see if I can add it (extra chorizo patty)... yeah I added it". At the other location I go to they have no problem getting it right. But for some reason this location cant. Highly irritating.

They make the freshest most realistic New York style bagels in Arizona. The honey almond and cream cheese schmeer is unbelievably good. Highly recommend this place

The bagels are good but the service today was poor. Ordered a Baker dozen mix of bagels.....they give my bagels to the couple in front of me who promptly take the free bagels and leave. I'm left standing there for 15 min then ask where is my stuff. Instead of asking me what I ordered the staff just throws in a bunch of random bagels into a box and call it good. Most of which I didn't order.

This place if off the hook. It's amazing service and delicious food will keep us coming back. The store is easy to see from the street. Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and doors. Great place if waiting for patients at hospital.

Quick and simple, good service. Can sit down it take it with you.

It's a good Einstein bagels. Avocado was fresh, so that is a big plus for me.

Always change in there menu worst business strategy means they failed b4 for the worst out of a packaged food

Staff was awesome. They didnt have enough of the beagle I wanted so they offered me a different kind at no charge to see if it would be a comparable choice for next visit if it happens again. It was a green chili beagle and it was delicious.

I arrived at 12:50, the sign says they close at one, I admit it was close to closing time. They told me they were closed and were rather rude about it.

Although I have been here a few times with no issues today I ordered a large drink and got a small watching.

Ordered a half dozen gourmet bages. Paid 15 dollars. I asked if I could have them sliced. Was told they were pre sliced. Only once was. I called the store to let them know (Not expecting anything more than a apology)Amy the manager asked what I wanted to do, drive them back to get sliced? She asked that without even apologizing.I paid a premium for these bagels and it would have been nice to get a simple apology.

Welcoming Bagel store with a variety of flavors of cream cheese and bagels. Customer service is great. Use the app, you get rewards. Don’t skip out on the app. 😃 Ladies restroom is always clean along with the dining area. Variety of choices as well with coffee or alternatives.

Had a good turkey avocado bacon on a spinach Florentine bagel...yum...bacon could have been crispier...only complaint.

The food was ok but the restaurant was dirty. The kitchen had built up grease, food and trash on the floor. Tables were dirty and so was the rest of the dining room. The lights and ceiling were covered in dust and smoke residue. So sad to see what could be a good restaurant just not kept clean.

Had the bacon, egg and avocado sandwich. It was bland and fell apart.

But I didnt go in there today. I went in to the UPS store to get a package shipped out.

Bagels= delicious. Coffee= fine. Wish i could have better coffee with my fab nova lox!

I go to Einstein Bagels for one thing and one thin only.-jalapeño & cheese bagel-jalapeño Schmear -novalox-w/ tomato, capers & red onion.They do this very very well. The lox are always fresh. The bagel is always thick and soft. The schmear is always slightly spicy. The service is consistently fast and courteous.

Quick service but out of everything bagels and onion bagels too! At 9am on a Sunday. Not acceptable. No other issues.

I never write reviews, but every time I come in my order is wrong. Either there’s no smear on my farm house or they put it on the wrong bagel. It’s every single time. And when I ask for them to make sure it’s right I get attitude as if I’m asking for a lot. I’m just asking for someone to do their job right. That’s all. I shouldn’t have to unwrap every single sandwich I order in front of them to make sure its correct. It’s frustrating and ridiculous.

Wish there was more variety. Lots of jalapeno options, but don't like them.

hmmmmmmm what can i say, great bagels and coffee.All employees are great. They smile, say hello (even when there is a line out the door), they say thank you and they have a great rewards program. If you have to wait it is worth it. Just be patient and enjoy when you receive your order.

The pepperoni pizza bagel was amazing!

I stop every morning for coffee and breakfast. Nice clean store, everyone has been super nice so far. There are a lot of crazy people in the area but they generally aren't bothering anyone.

These guys run a great crew. Sometimes they get super busy but they take care of everyone here. Shoutout to James and Cassi...thank you for keeping my chocolate levels up.After I eat here I really do wish "Peace amoung worlds!"✌😎✌✨✨✨🌎🌏🌍

Bagels are solid - that's always the case with Einstein's really. Coffee was a bit meh though.

They did not ask me for my number to check me in but they were good otherwise
